I refuse to go in store as it smells like mold. I had went through the drive thru for my daughter she ordered a Banana and Strawberry smoothie it tasted like mold I threw it out immediately.

We ordered two espresso lungos with oat milk on the side. Instead, the waiter brought us two regular espressos without the oat milk. When we asked him to replace them with lungos, he said it was fine and took the cups away. A few moments later, he returned with what were clearly the exact same cups, simply topped up with hot water rather than freshly prepared drinks. I then spoke to the lady who had prepared the coffees and explained that this was not what we had ordered or expected. Her response was even more disappointing. She insisted that a lungo is simply a regular espresso with water added on top. Not only was this incorrect, but her attitude was dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly insulting, as though customers would not know the difference. At that point, we paid the bill and decided that we would not be returning. What makes this even worse is that several of our friends have shared similar experiences, describing the service team as consistently poor. While the venue itself is beautiful, the quality of service completely undermines the experience. As a result, they have also decided not to return and would not recommend this place to others. Waited a bit, cashier was not at register manager was right there too did not come to assist me. Slow process. I ordered a mango papaya Ginger smoothie it did not taste nothing like what I order no taste of ginger at all. I got a little discount at the end which was nice I appreciate that for my time. I love smoothie king, I used to live right next to one during high school. This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to, I only go back because it’s 5 minutes from my house but I have problems every time I go. Guy told me my total, I was mistaken when I thought it was the $5 smoothies and he explained I was wrong so I just gave him my $13 and then had the nerve to argue with me when I explained how much I gave him and not give me my change back. Even had the nerve to say “I discounted it for you” I don’t care about the discount because I gave you the $13 anyways. Maybe had he answered me the first three times I asked him how much my total was.
